Learn how to move your body and play volleyball in a safe, non-competitive, co-ed training setting at CLUB 43. 50-minute sessions led by former Nebraska NCAA All-American and CLUB 43 Director Annie Adamczak-Glavan will teach the basics of the game, do some stretching and yoga, play playground games and it will be FUN! Beginner and Intermediate level sessions for Little Diggers are offered. Please register for the level that best describes your child.

Beginners are players who are: new to volleyball, learning how to catch and throw, not focused on competitiveness, and looking for a fun new activity.

Intermediates are players who: have some volleyball experience, can catch and throw, want to learn new skills, are a little more serious, and are looking for a fun and challenging activity.
